  • The Bank never asks for ATM PIN, debit/credit card number, CVV, OTP, Internet/Mobile Banking password, or account details.
  • Do not share such information with anyone, even if they claim to be bank officials.
  • Never respond to urgent calls, messages, or emails asking for verification or updates.
  • Do not click on suspicious links received through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or social media.
  • Delete unknown or suspicious messages immediately.
  • Fraudsters may impersonate bank staff or trusted organisations—always verify before acting.
  • Use banking services only through the Bank’s official website and authorised mobile apps.
  • Avoid using public computers or unsecured Wi-Fi for banking transactions.
  • Always log out after completing online banking sessions.
  • Keep your ATM/debit card and PIN confidential.
  • Cover the keypad while entering your PIN at ATMs.
  • Inform the Bank immediately if your card is lost, stolen, or misused.
  • Create strong passwords and change them regularly.
  • Do not write down or store passwords on your phone or computer.
  • Monitor your account statements and SMS alerts regularly.
  • Keep cheque books and passbooks in a safe place.
  • Do not issue signed blank cheques.
  • Fill cheque leaves carefully and avoid overwriting
  • Report unauthorized transactions or suspected fraud immediately to your branch or the Bank.
