Card Safe Security App

The Bank is exploring all possibilities of digitalization in day-to-day banking. The Bank has implemented a new service, “CardSafe”, a card security feature for its customers.

CardSafe is a feature available on the Sarvatra Card Safe App that secures a customer’s debit card.

Process and Procedure for the CardSafe Service

This service helps customers secure their RuPay ATM / Debit Card usage

Turn the ATM card On or Off for various channels such as ATM withdrawal, POS, and E-commerce.

Set daily transaction limits for ATM, POS, and E-commerce transactions.

These services help customers ensure safe and secure card operations and prevent unauthorized usage by third parties. Customers can avail of these services at their convenience with enhanced security for their cards.

To Enhance the Security of Your RuPay ATM / Debit Card, Follow These Steps

Download the Sarvatra CardSafe App from the Google Play Store.

Install the app on your mobile device.

Register and set up your MPIN using your registered mobile number.

You will receive a high-security OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click Submit.

After successful registration, log in again using your MPIN.

To Switch Your RuPay ATM / Debit Card On or Off for Financial Transactions (ATM / POS / E-commerce)

Log in to the Sarvatra CardSafe App. Your Shiva Sahakari Bank Niyamita RuPay Debit Card will be displayed with a masked card number and cardholder name.

Click on the card for which you want to avail of the service. If you have more than one card, swipe right to select the desired card.

After selecting the card, you will see all the available card service channels.

You will receive a high-security OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click Submit.

Select the channel for which you want to turn the RuPay ATM / Debit Card On or Off, and click Confirm.

After submission, you will receive a confirmation message stating that the ATM / POS / E-commerce status has been updated.

Note

If the ATM status is set to “Off”, you will not be able to perform ATM transactions until it is switched back “On”. The same applies to POS and E-commerce channels.

To Set the Daily Transaction Limit for Your RuPay ATM / Debit Card (ATM / POS / E-commerce)

Click on the card for which you want to set the limit. If you have more than one card, swipe right to select the desired card.

Choose the account for which you want to set the service.

After selecting the card, you will see all the card service channels.

Go to Daily Limit and click on the Edit icon.

Select the channel for which you want to set the daily limit, enter the desired amount, and click Confirm.

After submission, you will receive a message confirming that the ATM / POS / E-commerce limit has been updated.

Note

If the ATM limit is set to ₹5,000, you can withdraw up to ₹5,000 per day from your ATM card. The same limit logic applies to POS and E-commerce transactions.
